We recently had dinner at this restaurant on a Sunday night using a voucher, and were pleasantly surprised. Firstly, to avoid paying for parking in the reserve, park across the road in one of the side streets, as it is an easy 100 m walk. Try to get a table by the window, but be aware that if you are arriving before sunset you will get a direct hit from the setting sun. However, the view is excellent and the setting sun on a fine day is always worthwhile. The food is reasonably priced, and there are some unusual combinations e.g fish and meat However, the combinations worked well. Being a Sunday night most of the other guests were very casually(untidy) dressed, perhaps reflecting the local neighbourhood. However, we will certainly return.
