“Average experience”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2013 via mobile

Can't say my experience was all that good. My food was average and served Luke warm. It was ok but I'll forget this place fairly quickly. I wouldn't recommend my friends here

“Great atmosphere and service.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2013

I usually try to eat here at least once each trip to Hobart. The service is first class as is the food and coffee and the cafe has a great feel to it. I love having breakfast here as it is warm and cosy and offers a great choice of meals on cold Hobart mornings, last trip i had a porridge that was to die for, went eggs this time round also good. Highly recommended for great coffee, ood and service. As with all good venues it can get very busy.

“Zum = Yum”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 8, 2013

We ate breakfast here all three days we stayed in Hobart because there was so much on the menu we wanted to try. The Finnen bread was absolutely awesome (try it with avocado, lemon and cracked pepper), the porridge was fantastic, and the eggs benedict was really tasty. Coffee was great, the service friendly, efficient and not intrusive.

“GOOD FOOD & SERVICE”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 5, 2013

For breakfast or brunch, great place to start the Saturday Market day. Modern décor in old sandstone surroundings. Good food at reasonable prices. Big breakfasts, panninis, mouthwatering breakfast trifle (layers of fruit, yoghurt and cereal). Must return for the ricotta hot cakes. Friendly, prompt service. Inside/outside dining.

“an OK experience”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 17, 2013 via mobile

Was recommended to go here for breakfast. Service was fine and attentive as required. I ordered eggs on toast and received eggs on toast (just different bread to what I ordered but no great drama in that). Ordered a pot of tea, but the pot was only filled to half mast. Overall Ok.
