Great little cafe for breakfast and coffee before you head out to tackle the Salamanca Market. The food and value were awesome.

“Lovely place for coffee or a quick lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 18, 2012

Located in a nice little arcade near Salamanca Market, this is a perfect place for a coffee break or lunch.

We stopped there to dry after being caught under a rain shower, and warmed up with a yummy chai tea (served with a variety of sugars and a pot of honey on the side).

It was almost lunch time and the rain hadn't stopped, so we stayed to try the delicious looking soup (beans, vegetables and chorizo served with sourdough bread) that was part of the day's menu. We were not disappointed (and really regretted that we don't have such a nice cafe closer to home!)

“Nice find”

We had the beans and a pumpkin toastie, both were lovely. Hot drinks were average. A nice place with great atmosphere. Would recommend

“Delicious break in the heart of Salamanca”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2012 via mobile

This is a great place to rest from your sightseeing and shopping. Have a delightful muffin and coffee. We visited here several times and never had a bad experience. It was always pleasant. The only problem was finding a seat at busy times.
