We arrived a bit before feeding time (daily at noon) so we had time to walk around the gallery which also sells various creative souvenirs (you can even buy kangoo poo!). Then we were introduced to 5 orphan kangaroos (you can pat and feed them) ; the carer told us about their stories and is obviously full of love for the marsupials, it was great to see they were in such good hands. Then he brought Abi, a joey who was still sleeping in a bag as if in a pouch, which was adorable. After a bottle feeding that felt me with tenderness, Abi explored a bit around us before flipping back into the fabric pouch. Quite unique ! Admission is by donation to continue supporting the orphanage :-)
