Last Friday night i had my friends together for a long over due get together. The waitress was amazing... knowing when to be attentive and when to be scarce. Her help with the extensive specials and great service throughout the night made our experience magic. The food was spectacular, with dishes like Lamb shank wellington with House made pate and pan seared ocean trout on soft polenta with ratatouille. The wine list didn't disappoint either with my favourite pinot..Apsley Gorge from tassie on the list (I haven't seen this anywhere on the main land before)

The food here is amazing!!! The new chef has really brought the level of food up from Good to GREAT!!!

Then out to the bar for some of the famed cocktails i had heard so much about...This place just keeps on delivering!!!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the night and so did my friends..Go check it out 100%

The new Chef has added some amazing new dishes and some great improvements on the classic schnitzels & burgers too.
I rate his food 5 star and always look forward to drooling over the daily specials!
If it has been a while since you last popped in for a bite now is the time, delicious food, reasonable prices!

very surprised by this pub. Didnt think the crowd would suit us but the restaurant was off to the side and not at all noisy. Our waitress was a little alternative but outstanding. she was attentive, gave excellent suggestions and prioritised us when we told her we were in a rush. the food was brilliant. my wife had a rabbit fricasse that was magic and i had a great scotch fillet. we will return bc i am keen to try a whole lot more
