A work colleague and myself spent about 40 minutes both driving and then walking around Adelaide, first trying to find the main eating precinct, and then going store to store, restaurant to restaurant to find a menu that appealed to our tastes.
After looking at the Concubine restaurant for 30 seconds we knew it was the right place. After meeting another work colleague inside who incidentally had chosen the same place, we were able to ask the waitress to have all plates to share.
Even through three different entrees, and three different mains, we were still left wistfully wishing we were in Adelaide longer to come back and sample the rest of the menu we had not had time to this night.
Will be back again next time in Adelaide and they even gave us a 2 for 1 voucher for next time which we were able to pass onto a SA colleague who had not been able to make it.
Great service, well priced, lovely atmosphere. More drinks would have been nice - however being a normal week night and being full, I do not believe the proprietor would have expected to need more staff (one more waitress would have done perfectly)
