A wonderful hotel to stay, clean and spacious rooms and free wifi! Good location to rundle street. The restaurant in the hotel is wonderful, fantastic food and cocktails. All the staff were friendly and helpful- our particular thanks to Sassy who arranged for us to get on a tour at the very last minute- calling companies until 9pm to make it happen for the following day. We really appreciated her help doing this. A lovely stay. Make sure you visit kangaroo island and do a wine tour!

This place is just lovely. I have never had a bad experience here and I often try new hotels whenever returning to Adelaide from interstate. The majestic roof garden is always reliably of an excellent standard.
The staff are always very friendly and accommodating as well as using their initiative to take bags to your room if you need to find a park, or sometimes even offering a room with a bath if available. The free wifi, lovely aircon rooms with great bathroom and beds make for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Whilst there is no cheap parking associated with the hotel it's location next to the rundle st shops and cafe strip is perfect for those new to the city.
The mini bar with locally sourced SA produce is a beautiful touch. Splash out the extra couple of bucks if you need somewhere to stay without any hassles :)

This is in a great location for the city of Adelaide, close to the restaurants and bars of Rundle Street, the centre of nightlife. The rooms in the hotel were spacious and well equipped. We were disappointed that the "roof garden bar" was actually only for private parties.

Excellent boutique hotel. Large, comfortable well-furnished modern rooms. Everything is polished and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful in meeting all of our needs and the restaurant was very good as well. The location is great for shopping, dining and night life...all easy walks. Never managed to see the Majestic Roof Garden as there were "special events" in progress both nights that we were there. If we are ever back in Adelaide, I'm sure we would choose to stay here again.

This is one of the better located hotels in Adelaide if you want to be in the heart of the CBD. Rooms are very clean and modern. Prices are often very good for what you get. Overall a really comfortable place to stay if you want to be centrally located.

This hotel is rather average, the rooms are dated and small. Parking is a bit of a drama, and the staff aren't great at explaining how the arrangement with the nearby parking building works.
best advice if try to get a park on the street after 6pm overnight for free!
This hotel is saved by its location, close to the shopping strip and lots of great restaurants. Didn't eat at the hotel just walked across the road to a lot more variety.
Also party noise could be heard from our room on Friday evening when there was a function on the roof top!

I know I'm the odd man out but this was just an average hotel. The bathroom was cramped and the room was average. There were no screen doors that opened from the tub to the room unlike other reviews.

My main complaint had to do with the arrangement between the hotel and the parking garage behind the hotel. We weren't informed that the card from the hotel was 24 hours only. When we extended the car and tried to get it out of the garage the next day we had to pay $13 at the pay station while the car sat in the exit lane. When I tried to get the hotel attendant to understand what had just happened she had no solutions other than to tack on an extra day to the bill for $18 per day. Finally, finally, she agreed (after a protracted argument) to add the day for $5 since we were hit for the $13 at the garage. Wish I had her name now so I could let all know to avoid her on the desk. Additionally, when we tried to put the car away the following day after the garage door was down, there was no practical way to open the roll up door, run to the car and drive it in the garage and open the gate arm before the door would come down on the top of the car. The night manager sent his assistant to open the garage door so I could drive into the garage and open the lift arm before the roll up door came down on the car. At least he was helpful unlike the young lady earlier that day.

I know I'm going on and on about the garage but this was a large negative for me. Couple this with a so-so average room and we will not be back to this hotel on future visits to Adelaide.
