“Worth a visit as you are passing along the beach”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2012

Interesting (anda bit sad)to see this old wreck - dates back to the 30s.

Interesting info to read at the location. Worth a stop.

“skeleton of history”

sad to see the disintigration of such a fine ship, but a pleasure to be able to witness this intriguing part of Fraser Island's history

“a sad thing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2012

considering the wreck is well over fifty years old, it a sad sight to behold as there is not much of the wreck left.

“See it while you can”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2012

A tribute to the insignificance and impermanence of man, and things man-made versus nature. It will be either consumed by the elements in this generation, or reduced to dangerously small pieces which will be towed away.
