staff were friendly, room was clean but average, no cutlery or crockery -very disappointing, and manager was very rude and racist to some of my friends who are indigenous. would never stay in this hotel again, or recommend to anyone.

We stayed at this motel due to not being able to get to Airlie Beach due to flooded roads. Very clean and had a nice meal in the restaurant.

We went to Townsville to a Cowboys game. Townsville was completely booked out. This was the only accommodation I could get, their website didn't give much of a view of the rooms, so I was a bit concerned. The motel is a bit dated and doesn't look much from the outside, so it was a nice surprise to find that the room was very clean, I am very particular about a hotel being clean. We stayed in an upstairs family room, open plan, it had a queen or double bed (not sure) and two single beds. The room was fully self contained, small kitchen but everything you need. The bathroom seems to have been refurbished, and was great. The pool area could do with some work. Not right in the city and on a busy road but surprisingly very quite and easy enough to get to everywhere. We would stay here again.
