Stayed here after plans to stay at Hilton on staff rates fell through. (I work for Hilton) the place is a great location, right on cavill avenue amongst the night life, shops and restaurants. the street noise is a but annoying in the morning but you get that with city life....
The property itself is in need a of major refurb! When we were here they were upgrading 1 of their pools... They should be spending money on the rooms! Nothing like the pictures on the website, and very dated and dirty... Rubbish on the balcony (inc someones old underwear!) yuk! Bench and cupboard tops peeling off, mould in the shower, curtains falling off the railings (they don't block out the sun too good anyway) the fan paint was completely peeling off, our toilet roll holder was stuck on the wall with a suction ring!? And the couch was not comfortable at all, it was more suited as an outdoor piece then a proper couch.
If you need somewhere to stay where you won't spend much time in the room becuase you're at theme parks etc, then you might not mind the room, but I'm still not happy with what I've paid for it with the state it's in... And it add salt to the wound, Hilton is right across the road :( what a shame. Lol
Oh and please mr general manger don't tell me your taking my comments into consideration and talking with cleaners and maintainence men because you have been saying that to trip advisors since 2009!

Dear Guest, I am sorry you were dissapointed with your stay at The Cosmopolitan and we are working at improving the cleaning and also the standard of the units ( I know you stated not to mention this again however we are serious ) and as you stated we are upgrading the pool area on level 1 and this is just the start of many improvements.
