Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights early December 2007. The room I had was on the 20th floor (20-06) and was very nice. The room was large with a 32 inch Sony Lcd tv, the bathroom had a huge shower and a seperate spa bath. The room was very clean and in good condition.

The location may be a problem for some people as the hotel is a good 15 minute walk away from the heart of Surfers Paradise but only 10 mins in the other direction is the Broadbeach end. There is however a bus stop right outside the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the past 3 years and I have never had any problems. I would stay here again if I return to the gold coast.

We couldn't have been happier with the room we were given. We were lucky enough to get a corner room which had views to the south, west and east. The marble bathroom was huge, with a panel of windows with magificent views. The Red earth cosmetics were a real bonus. The room was classifed as a Queen room but had a King size bed in it, which was very comfortable. The pillows were not so comfortable but there was a pillow menu to choose from if the pillows supplied were not to your liking.The buffet breakfast was great,: the egg bar where you could put an order in specific to indiviual tastes was brilliant; the juicer to make your own fresh juice was great; and the coffees to choose from in the morning were also a bonus.
All in all one of the most comfortable stays we have had, and we have travelled lots.

This hotel has to be one of the best in the Gold Coast. Staff was polite and very helpful. Location was great because its between surfers and broadbeach so you get the best of both locations. The main street of surfers is only like a 3min busride! We stayed in the king spa room, room tidy and spacious, cleaned every day, beautiful views from the balcony, comfortable bed and pillows, wonderful bathroom. We had the perfect stay thanks to this hotel. Only downfall is the spa in this room isnt really big enough for two people to lay in and relax, its more of a one person spa. The pools were pretty nice and had lots of space to sunbake and relax. The gym also could be improved and updated, thats the only other little downfall but overall excellent expierience!

Very poor overall experience -- long delays in checkin, room not available for threehours after due, hotel staff who were polite but under-trained and unable to do anything to help... made even worse when they double booked my room and I walked out of the shower to find a couple setting up in my bedroom!
Overall falls well short of star rating, with small not terribly clean rooms and high prices. There are much better places on the coast for this money
