I stayed here for 3 days for a conference and would definitely recommend it. It is totally different to the normal 5 star hotel with great decor and the staff in cool outfits. The baraccuda buffet was excellent, normally I would avoid a buffet at all costs but they cooked items to order and the food was great quality. The only downside that I could see was that the gym was pretty basic and was furbished with old equipment.

It was great to stay in a hotel with a point of difference, from the brightly dressed staff to the brightly decorated rooms. Beds were very comfy and the lemonade after arrival a great touch. Great views even on the Hinterland side.

We stayed in a basic room for 5 nights. Room was clean and ready even when we arrived before 9am. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was delicious and offered an amazing selection- freshly made omelettes were a hit. The voucher for Stingray bar included in our packaged was appreciated when it was too hard to tear ourselves away from the pool for a snack. Dinner at Bazaar was good however was disappointed by the dessert chef on the Sunday night (a few lollies in ice-cream) which differed from a friends experience on a Saturday night where the dessert chef was a bit more gourmet. Overall I would recommend to those who enjoy staying by the pool and eating good food while avoiding Caville Ave.

This was the most exciting hotel we have stayed in. Our teenagers are difficult to impress, but this delighted them at every level. The warm, welcome greeting as we walked in the cool and casual vibe of the concierge made them very approachable. The decor evoked a real holiday atmosphere with the foyer filled with colour and retro-new age artworks. The rooms were exactly like the pictures on the Internet-no disappointment here. There was a selections eateries to cater for all customers and budgets. We enjoyed a complimentary drink - would have been better if it was one per night though. Had a fun family ride on their complimentary retro bikes along the Esplanade and an hilarious tennis match on one of the tennis courts on site. The Location was ideal, being within an easy stroll to the beach and the Surfer's Mall. Parking was reasonable and easy to access. Can't wipe the smile from my face and well definitely be telling everyone about this fantastic family hotel.
