Hotel's location was perfect. Right in the center of Surfers. Great spot!!!

Outstanding customer service through out the whole hotel. From the lobby bar to concierge.

Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The room was modern, spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Swimming pool and other facility's were fully equipped and great.

Just what you need to make it a good holiday experience.

Overall a very nice hotel with a great location.

My family stayed at this hotel recently and it was absolutely amazing! We had a great, enjoyable time here. The staff was friendly and the concierge was such a great help! The room exceeded our expectations, it looked exactly like the photos on the website! Room was tidy and clean and was serviced everyday! The location was so so good, it is close to the city views and close to the beach. Furthermore it is right next to a shopping centre which includes fashion retail stores, an arcade, food stores and woolworths! The spa is a bit small but it was open at night which made it very relaxing for us. This hotel is worth it! I would recommend a new refurbished room because they are so nice. Will be back again!

Very disappointed.... Booked in for 3 nights 15 - 18th January. I specified that i had 2 children & required a 'quiet room' after reading many reviews stating noise. The receptionist told me i couldn't make any such request it depended on room availability, but as it's not Fri/Sat night noise won't be a problem. Same regarding a renovated room, but at least they could book me into a smoking room.

I was in room 1415, facing the main street. Noise was an issue until after 3am each night! The interior of the room was outdated & filthy. Mould around the bath & on the curtains, stained carpets & what looked like blood splatters on the bed base. 5 lifts service the hotel, although it seemed only 1 ever stopped on my floor, waiting time up to 9 mins...... too long. What was with the truck double parked immediately outside the lobby doors for 2 days????

I made a complaint to management on my 3rd night about drunken women in the spa. Rowdy behaviour, foul language, exposing their breasts, consuming alcohol & smoking (although both were banned) I tolerated it for about 10mins before taking my children away. Other parents took one look at the conduct & about faced immediately. The security guard (1199) came with a mate to 'clean up' after them taking away there alcohol containers but that's about it. The duty manager did claim to speak to the people involved & give them a warning, in reality these patrons should've been given an immediate eviction from the premises.

The pictures on the website do not match the experience i had staying there & i felt it was overpriced. Major improvements are needed to the standard & hygeine of the rooms, the pool/spa requires constant staff supervision, the staff need to better enforce the house rules.

The only thing favourable to say was the location, but there are many other places nearby to choose from i doubt i'd return here.

This was one of my favourite hotels on my trip to Queensland last July that we stayed in. It was centrally located right near the Surfer's Paradise Mall which is great for shopping and nightclubs. The view from our hotel room was amazing, looking over Surfer's Paradise, the staff at the hotel was friendly and helped us with questions that we had. The room itself was comfortable and spacious for four people and was modern, clean and relaxing. Unfortunately during our quick stay in Queensland we weren't able to explore the roof top pool, but nonetheless it was an enjoyable experience for all of us.
