“Bustling”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2013 via mobile

A bustling place. We opted for take away coffees as their were no tables when we visited (11am on a weds). The tables are nestled in the centre of the bookshop, and the people at the tables were being jostled and bumped by book browsers, waitresses and cafe customers. The coffee was nice, but it cost over 10 AUD for my cappuccino and chai latte, which seemed excessive.

“Ok book shop”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2013

We bought 4 books here. Pretty good selection of paperbacks and in particular ones for a large range of children. It's just a pity that they don't open after dinner until 8 pm they shut at 5.30 which is so stupid. I a, sure ppl would buy a book to read after dinner if the stayed open like they do in civilisation- Europe. This really is the wild outback here and it is very boring if you don't like being a drunk in the pub. No shopping after dinner nothing

“Great coffee!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2013 via mobile

This book store is a gem- well stocked with enough selection to suit a large audience- great atmosphere and great coffee. Coffee is a special blend made for the shop and they sell it ground or whole.

Recommended by a local we enjoyed great coffees and shared a delicious piece of pineapple and banana cake. Friendly service and great selection of books ( bought two ). Worth a visit.
