“Great value”

We had their lunch special: two courses for $29.
Lovely!
It's a great location; overlooking the main street.
Service was excellent too.

“Keith J. 50/50.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 2, 2014

Whilst the main meals were quite nice, volume and taste we found the deserts to be overpriced and ordinary. $11-00 for a glass of wine is bearable the "tap water" ( we were offered mineral water at a cost ) was surprisingly chloriney. We stayed 200mtrs from the restaurant on the opposite side of Macrossan and the water there was fine.

Keith, I'm glad you enjoyed the food & portion sizes. I'm disappointed to hear you thought the desserts were over priced @$14. They are all made in house using good quality ingredients & yes the labour to make them isn't cheap. In regard to the water tasting of chlorine, I haven't heard this before & yes we do offer mineral water for a cost, it's imported from Italy & very nice too. Thanks for comments.

“Great Italian food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 1, 2014

Lovely introduction to Port Douglas dining. The food was superb and the service was excellent, friendly, fast and nothing was too much trouble. The others at the table had seafood and really enjoyed it. I had the handmade Pappardelle, highly recommended. Overall a lovely dining experience.

“A Nice Little Pleasure”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2014 via mobile

My wife, daughter and I stopped here for a meal on our first night in PD and were pleasantly surprised. The prices might seem a little high and the barramundi portions a little small, but it had nice atmosphere and was just what we needed after a day of travel
