Staff were very helpful, but we arrived on Easter Monday and there wasn't anyone at reception and initially no answer on the number they gave. We eventually got an answer and had to get the key from a locked box. The owners told us they couldn't send an email with details because Easytobook won't provide email addresses. This is a problem for anyone arriving out of normal business hours with this property. On weekends, reception is only open from 9-12 on Saturday. Otherwise, everything was clean and in a convenient location.

Glennys on reception was so lovely and helpful. Our room was neat and tidy and has had some upgrades to make it more modern. Having our own kitchen helped us save on dining out for every meal, so we could spend more on other activities. Highly recommended! :)

5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

The hotel's location was excellent - a short, easy walk to the sea and the centre of Cairns, but away from any noise. Our room was actually a small apartment. It was very clean, comfortable and most attractively furnished in a contemporary style. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The secure parking was good. The garden sitting area by the pool was very pleasant. We were very happy with our six night stay.

Lovely hotel and very close to the sea front and town facilities was a pleasent walk. On checking in they could not find details of having booked through easy to book, but the receptionist told us not to worry and checked us in a room while she sorted it out any way. Excellent service comfortable room and heavenly beds
