We would like to thank you guys for our lovely stay at your place. Thank you for all information and help with our tours. The rooms are clean and you will have everything that you need over there. Take a walk to the Esplanade St that's a lot's of restaurants, coffee shops and supermarket.

Room Tip: We stayed in a Superior Double Room en suite that's located on the 3 floor was nice and quite

My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon, and could not have been happier. Of all the hotels we stayed in, it was the one that we were least sure of before arriving, and the one that we would be most likely to go back to.

The staff are incredibly helpful, and will go out of their way to help you create your perfect holiday if you don’t already have all your trips organised, and are also an excellent source of local knowledge – not to mention always on hand for a chat if you’re at a loose end! The hotel has recently changed hands, and the new owners are fantastic, and really helped to make our stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our room was comfortable, light and airy, and had everything we needed, including a fridge – ideal as we were there at the height of the Australian summer, and cold water was a must. We did have a slight problem with the air conditioning unit, but it was fixed within the same day, despite being Christmas Eve, and was a godsend – it worked quickly and efficiently, so even on the hottest day, the room was never hot for too long.

The Queen’s Court is about a twenty minute walk from the main shopping and dining area of Cairns, meaning it is far enough away to avoid noise, is in a not too busy area, and is close enough that everything is very easily accessible. There are also some very good restaurants and a small parade of shops just a five minute stroll in the opposite direction if you can’t face that, although it’s very pleasant to walk along the promenade at sunset, and this shouldn’t be missed out on just to save your feet a little bit!

Overall, we would have absolutely no qualms about recommending the Queen’s Court to anyone, or to returning ourselves, and we definitely hope to do so.

I gotta say that this place isn't that close walking distance to the busy main road of cairns. But it's a lovely hotel, very clean and we kept. Nice pool area and extremely cheap. Very quiet too so after a big day/night at the busy side it's nice to come and relax in peace and quiet

My friend and I were doing a quick 3 week tour of the east coast and booked this hotel for 3 nights as we were planning doing a reef excursion and exploring a bit of Cairns. We booked a twin room with shared bathroom. Although the room was fairly small it was immaculately clean with good air-conditioning, tv and comfy beds. The shared bathroom was not a problem was always clean and tidy and not once did I have to wait to use the bathroom. The staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast buffet was excellent with a choice of cereals, toast, hot drinks, juices and fruit. All in all would definitely recommend for great value accommodation. The only slight downside was the location it was a good 20 min walk to the centre which was fine for us plus cabs were less that $10 each way.
