Very nice brochure, high recommendation from the agent that sells the tickets, but you are there, the experience is far from being what you would expect by reading the brochure. The boat might look like a sail boat, but it is just fitted as such. They do not use the sails. Worse, they pull a little piece of sail on the main mast which is useless and has holes in it, just to make you believe that it was a sailing experience: very deceiving when you see the nice picture of a beautiful sailing boat on the brochure. You have to suffer the horrible noise of the roaring engines all day, even when stopped at the island. Also, when there, yes the boat stays there for almost four hours, but you do not get to snorkel for the entire time, and if you do (I did for two), you can say goodbye to lunch; so the choice is simple: enjoy the reef or enjoy lunch; having both as expected is a dream.
Boat condition is very poor. Crew is driven by schedule and ensuring profit, not by customer service. The captain looks like he is wondering what he is doing there and why he has to deal with all those people. Except for a couple of crew members, they do not like questions, do not smile, and some do not either bother responding.
I was expecting better of such an experience in Australia. Very disappointing
Thankfully, the rest of my vacation in Australia was great
