A number of Executive chefs and Local butchers participated in a social night at Bushfire flame grill restaurant, which was organised by Meat & livestock Australia.
the food on the evening was very good and included a feast of Beef, lamb & sausage all marinded superbly in different herbs & spices, the meat was then carved onto your plate by proffession waiters, with big knives, the meats were very tender and and full of flavour, these were complemented by a good selection of sides, sauces and dressinigs, for those who enjoy a little seafood a dish of seafood ragout was placed around the tables.
the service was very quick and both the beverage and food teams were very attentative.
all in all, a very enjoyable experience
