Beautiful boutique hotel, friendly staff, doubled windows to prevent noise so we were only on level two but had the most peaceful sleep and when I mentioned to housekeeping staff I love the T2 tea supplied in rooms they gave me heaps of extras which was so generous and lovely. Overall it is a fantastic hotel and I will definitely stay there again!

Stayed for two nights for a wedding in the hotel.

The hotel itself is nice with large rooms and helpful staff. The pool is however on the small side and the lack of a restaurant coupled with a $4 tray charge for in room dining is a little cheeky, that said, there are plenty restaurants in the area.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the lifts, as I found these to be noisy.

From the moment I booked the hotel and spoke to Kate , it was smooth as silk, I got a text message on the day of arrival welcoming us and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel is modern and the beds are wonderful, there was noise of the garbage trucks early morn, but we were able to re-settle and slept- in till late, the extremely comfy beds. We were given a bottle of sparkling wine( complimentary), from the manager to celebrate my birthday, lovely touch.
The staff are efficient, friendly and very helpful so a great experience at the Emporium.

Room Tip: Rooms away from the main road preferable, but the rooms appear to be double glazed so the noise is m...

I was lucky enough to stay at the Emporium for a night for work.
Firstly, I must say the service, porters, check in staff and others were very friendly, gracious and helpful.

The colour palate is a bit surprising - bright RED- and black, with lots of accents, but it's edgy and fun. The rooms are well appointed and bathrooms are large and clean.

I found the pillows to be lovely and comfortable and dine in menu acceptable.

The only thing I would say is that it's a bit noisy. My room backed onto the Harvey Norman warehouse entrance and around 5 am I could hear the deliveries , trucks and noisy metal roller door.

I would stay here again as the location is fantastic- but ask not to stay on that side.

Room Tip: As above, not backing onto the warehouse next door.

I recently chose to stay here to get away from the big chains which charge surcharges for everything. This hotel felt new and fresh. The style was not something I would usually like but it was very modern. From check in to check out the service was professional. The rooms were nice and I liked the amenities which looked great. This hotel seems to suffer from the usual big chain surcharges like charging a tray charge for a meal to come to the room when there isn’t really another choice. They don’t have their own restaurant so you are unable to eat outside the room and within the hotel unless you want to eat in a loud bar. There are plenty of other restaurants around but when you are claiming meals from your company they need to be on the one bill.
They do offer free internet which is a great thing as well.
Overall it was a good hotel.

I would consider going back to Brisbane just to stay in this hotel.
It excelled in every aspect from the check-in to check-out.
The staff were as good as you will find in any hotel-very friendly and courteous plus attending to all your needs promptly.
It is a long time since my wife and I have so enjoyed staying at a hotel with such a high level of service.
The Italian restaurant(Tartufo) next to the hotel also means that you just need to walk out the door to enjoy a superb meal.
