“Nice meal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2014

A work colleague and I came here for a light dinner and we were happy with the food. Obviously a very popular spot with a big line when we arrived. The Gyoza was very nice, and the ramen had a wonderful flavour. I would definitely come back again.

“Yum! Great value!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2014

Nothing but positives here. The food tastes fantastic, the outdoor area is clean and airy, the prices are very reasonable. Had the vegetarian dry noodles; perfectly spiced with a good assortment of veg and tasty noodles. Don't order them unless you're starving as there's a lot to get through.

“The place to go for Ramen in Brisbane.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2014 via mobile

Having visited Brisbane a few times over the last couple of years, Taro's never fail to satisfy. Compared to the other establishments in Brisbane, I think Taro's ramen hits the right spot. The broth has a very beautiful colour and consistency, even when it is the extra hot version. The noodles are done just nice, not too soft. The eggs and char siu are done perfectly. As Taro's is located within the CBD, weekends are quieter and you will not feel overly rushed like most ramen places. Feeling like a nice hot soupy bowl of ramen? Taro's is the place.

“A bit pricy but food is very nice”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2014

I had their classic ramen, and that was the first time I had so impressive janpaese ramen in Australia. The taste of the soup was great, you can image they do spend a lot of time to abstract to make the soup. And the ramen noodle was so different. Staff were friendly and professional of what they are. But its a very small portion for $14.90. I would be much happier if they can have a slightly more. Over all, everything is great.
