I was there in Nov 2003. I booked a single room and it was incredibley small! (it's like the notorious small room in London, only that it's in Brisbane.) My room is on the first floor, and the TV reception is not good. I could barely watch any program. The reception is closed quite early (I guess at 9 or something), and when I left early in the morning at 6 it was not open yet. I could not find anyone to complain about it.
I find it a bir hard to understand that it's listed as a three star hotel.
The location is fine, not too far from shopping area. The rate is OK, too. However, I don't really feel like staying there next time I go to Brisbane.
