“3 star comfort at a great price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2013

This is a great 3 star property in the centre of Brisbane, we had a twin room with lots of space. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great near the river not far from shopping and good access to Southbank via Victoria or Kurilpa bridges. Book direct on their website for the best rates.

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor, although hotel is not known for the best views in town.

Stayed here for a week for Business. Only a short walk from Roma street station and not far from Queen Street Mall. The rooms were clean and of a good standard. Had breakfast each morning and it was OK (downside was that the coffee milk function was broken). DIdn't do dinner in the Hotel but it always seemed busy. Bar had some good deals and I had a few drinks there. Lifts were terrible and often long waits. Nice hotel and good value for money

Excellent location close to the rail and bus network with a short walk into the centre of town, very nice large room and excellent value for money. Only downside is the lack on onsite and cost of external parking if you have a vehicle.

We stayed here a couple of months ago for a weekend with our baby. The staff could not do enough to help us, every request was attended to promptly and happily. The room was clean and the buffet breakfast was generous. The location was the best thing. It is a short walk to Queen Street Mall and South bank with plenty of places to eat close at hand.
The parking was an additional cost and was in a seperate building, but was still quite close to the hotel. Can't fault for value for money. We had a great stay in the CBD without it costing us a fortune.

Stayed for 1 night on our way to Hamilton Island. Hotel is in a very good location, it was a short walk from the train station and we also went for a walk to explore the mall and casino which weren't far away. The young man at reception was very friendly and helpful and gave us a nice upgrade to a room on the top floor with a balcony so we could see the Brisbane river and look over the city, wonderful for our first visit to lovely Brisbane. The room was nice and big, very clean and also nice and quiet, the bed was super comfortable. Great buffet breakfast was a bargain at only $5 per person. We booked this hotel on a $99 special and I was very impressed, I would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Balcony Rooms on the top floor have a great view over Brisbane and the river but do note that the el...

Friendly staff. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. It is in a good position for a trip to Brisbane. The only downside is the parking. You have to go to another hotel and then pay another $27 for 24 hours. If you don't have a car it would be the place to stay.

Hotel is in good area and within walking distance to all major places. Only issue was parking. No parking on site at all.Since I had a larger vehicle had to walk a block back to the hotel with baggage and a 3 yr old by myself around city traffic. That part was not fun
