I was thrilled when this restaurant opened because I'd really been missing having a local Italian place available. I used to live in London which is sprinkled with 'Trats' so if you wanted a good Italian meal, you didn't have far to go. It's been different in Brisbane as the Italian community here isn't so big. This is a family run restaurant. They are really kind, friendly and child tolerant (very important when you need to bring them along or not go out). Prices are reasonable. I wish they were open for lunch as well, but I expect there just isn't enough passing trade at this time of day. Something on the menu of pastas, gourmet pizzas and other traditional Italian dishes to please everyone. It is true that it is a pretty tiny restaurant so booking ahead is good idea.
