we have stayed at quite a number of Boutique hotels, this was our first time at Belfour's the staff were excellent , loved all the little extra's like coffee machine ,T2 tea,the bed was so comfortable as were the pillows,
loved the rooftop bar with a view of the Story bridge, not to mention the beautiful breakfast not a lot of choices which was really good, excellent quality food.
Would recommend for quite stay but close too all amenities and restaurants.

We stayed at Spicers for our honeymoon recently and will return every time we stay in Brisbane. Three nights of bliss in the Terrace Suite within a beautiful setting, amazing bed and linen and wonderful service to top it all off. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and really could not do enough to make our stay special. The breakfast is a must! I ordered the smoked salmon and to my delight I was served an actual fillet of salmon as opposed to the usual shaved stuff. We had a dinner included in our stay at the local restaurant The Continental which has to be one of the best meals we have ever had! Rooftop bar is great for a drink before dinner and some wonderful views of the city. New Farm is a great place with so much to offer, including this wonderful boutique hotel. Will recommend to everyone we know! Thank you Spicers for making our honeymoon extra special!!

I've stayed several times at this beautiful boutique hotel, for work and personal time, and I love it so much I resent having to leave the property! I've even ordered in dinner from nearby renowned restaurants, just to relax against the generous pillows rather than face the street! The service offered by the staff is outstanding, a very friendly and low key but attentive approach is standard, but some standout people include Matt, Marisa, Alex and Corey. I've had them call me to confirm arrival and then greet me in the car park, having seen my car arrive in the driveway, to carry my bag in. And then refuse a tip!
There is a restaurant in the planning and if it is as good as the a la carte breakfasts (included in the room rate) I can hardly wait.
Special inclusions - the library, Nespresso in room, rooftop bar with stunning views of the Storey Bridge and city lights.
This is definitely the ideal place stay if you are tired of faceless, boring, cookie cut hotels that overcharge for basic services. Best rooms - terrace (1), 5 and 4 (great baths).

Booked this place in New Farm for a quiet stay with my wife for her birthday in mid October. This place is very quiet and our garden suite was very comfortable. Fantastic breakfast and the roof bar is an excellent idea for a quiet drink before dinner. Will stay again.

We wanted somewhere close to airport but handy for restaurants etc for last afternoon, evening in Australia. The perfect end to a great 3 week stay. Lovely rooms with everything necessary for a comfortable night, great pillows, nice linen etc. breakfast was beautifully cooked with a great choice. Parking was a little limited but all sorted by the amazing staff.

Stayed in Brisbane for our anniversary. We really wanted to stay somewhere different to the corporate hotel chains and Spicers fits the bill! A gorgeous building with beautiful areas - the library with comfy lounges and interesting books, the rooftop bar and intimate rooms. The staff are professional - knowledgable enough to give advice but sensitive enough to know when you want to be left alone. Great location in New Farm with shops and cafes within walking distance or a $10 cab ride to the CBD. Do yourself a favour and get breakfast included! The best breakfast I have had in a long while : )

Dear Max T,

Thank you for your lovely review. The whole team are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us and that it was extra special for your anniversary.

Our breakfast chef, Maria, was particularly thrilled that you loved your breakfast. We're very proud of it and the best thing is that it's always included in your room rate. Every Spicers retreat includes a gourmet breakfast in the rate - we believe in sending people off into their day with a full belly!

We look forward to welcoming you again soon.

Warm regards
Willie

Treated to a night's stay for my birthday. Memorable visit in a very comfortable room with all the little luxuries. Rooftop bar with views across the City and Storey Bridge made for a very romantic sunset before dinner. On the recommendation of staff we had dinner at The Continental Cafe which is a short walk. Breakfast on the verandah topped off a beautiful stay. Hotel did take charges twice from Visa however over payment was refunded ASAP when brought to the attention of staff. Have already recommended this Hotel to others.
