Place was packed, assumed it was going to be good. The amount of food we got for the price was horrific.$32.90 for just little plates of a spoonful serving.
It seemed we were the only ones who didn't order from the Yum Cha menu. It took 1 hour for part of our food to arrive. We asked 2 different floor managers and finally it came out. The fried rice tasted like it had been cooked in dishwater, and the steamed vegetables were limp spinach and 1 piece of carrot.
After eating half the banquet, we were still waiting for our Lemon Chicken. We had to ask TWICE. We had horrible service, having to ask 3 different servers for a jug of water.
After a painful 2 hours, then came dessert, WHICH WE HAD TO ASK FOR. In 15 minutes, came out 1 scoop of ice cream, and 1 miserable lychee.
SO let's recap. 1 hour wait for the banquet. Having to ask for every meal, and where it was. Receiving 1 scoop of ice cream + a lychee for dessert. Paying $32.90 each. No apologies.
It felt like an episode of My Kitchen Rules or Come Dine With Me where they wait 1-2 hours for their food to come out.
