We came here Friday night....very busy. Quickly seated and asked for our order immediately by lady with short hair (presumably owner or manager) we weren't ready and few minutes were asked again by waitress. Missing those opportunities we had to wait long time to order. The restaurant is chaotic with waitresses flying around seemingly with no order. Impossible to judge just who is attending you and if you don't get the right one. Later our tapas did arrive. Sherry mushrooms delicious. Then Banana prawns but these were not ours, then whisked away to another table, which seems to be a feature of this restaurant experienced too be several others I saw. Anyway our Banana prawns did arrive. Odd because two tasted different to the others. But the sauce was delicious. Soon our scallops came served on piping hot dish but surprisingly they were just warm and not sure if cooked. Our Turkish coffee was great but the Turkish delight was the most ridiculous I have ever seen - piece of jelly with pistachio but enclosed. The waitresses were pleasant and friendly but need some direction in the chaos. Again we waited to receive the bill and were tempted to advise that we would leave without paying. Anyway on settling we spoke to owner/manager about the Turkish delight. She informed that it was their version and they were not able to reproduce the original something about it taking too long to whoosh? Anyway she was not interested in listening to her customers hence this bad review. Not usual for me since I normally congratulate good work. with short hair (presumably owner or manager) we weren't ready and few minutes later were asked again by waitress. “OK but that's it”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 8, 2014

No offence. Staff were very courteous and inviting. But the coffees we had cost more than most other venues and were no where near as good. Yet at night try to get a space in here - the place buzzes

“Great wedding reception”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 6, 2014

Just been to moorish for my brothers wedding reception. The staff were brilliant and the food sublime. We had a mix of starters including kangaroo which for all you skippy lovers was very tasty. Followed by fillet steak and barramundi fish, which both were excellent. Can well recommend!!

“A great place to eat”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 3, 2014

We got a spot here by chance so not one of the better tables. Still very pleasant though. I'd advise booking if you're planning to eat here. The food was great. My personal favorite was the chilled citrus cured Jewfish, although all the food was really good. The wine list was a bit light on... except for the prices; just a bit more expensive than seems justified. That made for a night out that, while nice ended up overpriced. The wait staff had an off night, we were offered at least four dishes we hadn't ordered, but it all got sorted out any dramas. We didn't eat dessert, but the menu selections looked good.

“Absolutely Fabulous Tapas”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2014

We went to this restaurant for dinner after reading the comments here on Tripadvisor. We loved the food. Especially the Haloumi Bruschetta and the desserts. Lamb strips could be a little less fatty in my opinion but they were still great.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely and the staff very helpful.

All in all a lovely dinner.
