“Amazing tropical fruits!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 12, 2013 via mobile

I love food markets, and this one really fit the bill. So many weird and wonderful fruit and vegies to try! Plus excellent Thai massage and cooked food stalls.

“The real deal market”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013 via mobile

This is such a Darwin icon, it's not very touristy and not very flash but if you are looking for a real market experience where locals sell fresh fruit and veggies and locals buy their fruit and veggies than that's the place. It has a great atmosphere, many fruits and veggies that are in season and certainly different to supermarket chains but also a small food stall section with your traditional Asian fare including paw paw salad, sticky rice, Sri Lankan hopper, etc.

“Amazed with the amount of fresh produce.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013 via mobile

If I was living in Darwin, I would be in heaven!!! I could not believe how much fresh produce sold at this market... So fresh.. Mainly all Asian produce, also quite a bit of tropical fruit., Also Asian food and cakes sold here. The place was buzzing.

“Fresh food market”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2013 via mobile

heaps of Asian vegetables, fruits and sweets. Out the back is great food, smoothies and stuff. More of a grocery market than a craft market.
