We live in Alice Springs and hanuman customer since 2008. But on April 2010 and January 2013, both when we went dinner with our friends, it was the last time for us. We order lots of foods and drinks. As we finish dinner, the waitress clean up our table. And offer us another drink or dessert. Since we still very full, we said "no". Not long, maybe about 5 minutes later - the second time the waitress offer us any dessert we would like to order. We still said "no, we still full. maybe later". And about another 5 minutes, the waitress come again and ask. I asked the waitress back "what is going on? Since we are still full, we just talking here and not decide to order the dessert yet. You keep asking about dessert." The waitress said "The manager asked me to asked you. If you don't order, maybe we can print the bill because of there is more customer coming". I was upset to the waitress and said "This is very rude and unacceptable. How you force the customer to order the dessert and print the bill because of there are other customer waiting." How RUDE!! No matter there are more customer, as a Restaurant Manager, you should respect your customer who already booked and still in the restaurant. Two times is enough for all of us. Hanuman is proper restaurant and not take away place. I put hanuman on my black listed! The restaurant manager and supervisor should give training to the staff and waitress not to be rude like that.
