The rooms itself are spacious, and the beds are okay. Its clealiness is a little questionable, however, and the lodge is certainly a bit beat up and in need of repair. However, you can sleep in the beds and we didn't find anything too gross during our three nights there. So, if that's all that matters to you.. it'll be fine. You might want to check out other options too, however.. and keep in mind that Heavitree is located outside of Alice Springs and it's too far to walk into town.
