“Quite small”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 9, 2013

This place is really small, but it was good to see. The money spend goes to a great cause.

There is a small museum, which took about 15 minutes to walk thru. Mock up of a Flying Doctors plane, you have to pay extra for the plane.

great cafe on site......good coffee and tasty jaffa cake!

“Inspiring!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 2, 2013

Though you couldn't spend a long time here, I would urge anyone in the area to drop by and see the fantastic work that the Flying Doctors do. There is a small museum, with a full sized mock-up of a plane, and we had a very informative talk from a very pleasant pilot called Jeff. The visit made us appreciate what a brilliant job the Flying Doctors do. NB I've ticked that there's no fee, but am not 100% on this as we were part of a large party.

“Family visit”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 24, 2013

The tour starts with a movie showing some of the work the RFDS does.
The there is a very small museum and gift shop.
The museum only takes 5 to10 minutes for kids to be bored. The highlight for our kids was a mock up of a RFDS plane.

“Rods visit”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 17, 2013

To visit the site of an organisation I'd heard and read lots about was fantastic. Museum documenting the early days through to the modern organisation it has become. Spoke to a pilot who flies out regularly to help injured and sick people, having to land on grass strips etc made me realise how dedicated they are.
