“Bland indian food, whats the point.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2013

This place would have to be the blandest tasting indian food ever, the ingredients are all really good, there seems to be really effort in the food, but is just bland, not at all spicy.

“southern indian close to the action”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2013

located just near darlinghust rd, this little southern indian is quite well placed for a quick bite to eat. We at there reasonably early on a sunday night, and both the meals and entree was served in a very reasonable timeframe.

The request for additional naan bread during the meal was also done well, with only a short wait (which also provided a chance for a break mid meal) before the fresh goodness arrived from the kitchen.

the lamb cutlets as an entree deserve mention as a very tasty treat.

“Delicious food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 6, 2013

I went to this restaurant for dinner with 3 other friends on a Thursday night. The restaurant was full despite it's not a weekend or Friday. Luckily we called them before arriving there and booked a table. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The menu had descent number of varieties and we decided to try as many varieties we can as we were so hungry and the prices are below par compared to other Indian restaurants. We ordered Samosas and Fried Cauliflower balls for starters and four different Dosas for second course. All of them tasted great. Especially the Dosas are one of best Dosas I have ever tasted in Sydney. For main course we ordered four different Naans and two curries(1 veg and 1 Non-veg). I being vegetarian hardly finds any good Indian food in Sydney but I can say this is the best in Sydney so far. We tasted Mango Lassi for desserts. All of this just costed $160 for four. So its best value Indian food for your money. I will definitely go to this restaurant again though it is quite farer from where I live.

“Upmarket South Indian!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 28, 2013

We went to this brilliant South Indian restaurant as a friend recommended and it exceeded my expectations.

It was excellent value for money, great service, ambience, yum food and was beautifully decorated. It was modern yet still very obviously an indian restaurant with the walls being wallpapered with black and white scenes of india.

I'm not vegetarian but my favourite dish was the mixed vegetable curry, definitely give that a go but I don't think you can go wrong with any dish.
