“Good food, perfect location, service.....depends!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 19, 2012

We have been not very lucky with the service. For some reason our order did not go through the system so we have had to wait a bit too long before getting food.

Appetizer were good.
The Pizza is not bad, I would say average. It is "yummy" but as Italian I can't really give high rating on this!
On the other hand the Pasta Marinara was excellent! This was an excellent "italian like" pasta!
Last but not least I found a shot of Grappa which i highly appreciated.

Even with the delay in delivery the food I would definitely go back for some proper pasta!

“good food if a little pricy but poor awareness of need for ambience”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 12, 2012

Ate twice here in a month. Food good and when full atmosphere nice and 'Italian'. But on both occasions as soon as the restaurant began to empty staff started clearing up unused tables and chairs and changed music to non-italian modern tracks - presumably their personal preferences. This was at 8.30 not at the end of the night! Simply ruined the atmosphere and put pressure on us to leave. A shame as otherwise enjoyable.

“Good food, good service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2012

Located on Kings St Wharf, behind the Aquarium Casa Di Nico has really nice food and easily catered for our group of 25. Staff were rushed off their feet on a very busy Saturday night but were plesant and attentive. Make sure you pre-book to avoid disappointment. During this time of year you can see a lot of harbour cruises coming and going and the odd Hen's party rattling past.

“Good Italian Lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2012

Ordered vegetable lasagne for lunch (special $14 including salad). It's not a wow deal, but a fair price for the good food.
