“cheap and nasty”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 27, 2012

This hotel is in a great location but is cheap and nasty.
The room is small also a small tv and no other facilities. (fridge)
Al most no service provided at reception staff, but it is handy to the city.

Hotel located very close to trains and buses. Prompt check in.
We were given a room on the sixth floor with a view of the harbour. Room vas very spacious as it had disabled facilities. Excellent value for money. Would be prepared to stay again.

Service is impeccable! Such friendly and helpful staff which made my short trip really enjoyable. The room was clean and I even had a great view of Darling Habour. All and all it was a great hotel! I will recommend it to others and come back to stay there too. :)

A great, clean choice away from the main hustle and bustle of the cross. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but u get what u pay from. Room was quiet, no noise from the street or other guests. Parking was only $20 a night but a bit of a walk from the hotel.

It's great for the young who want to party in the city an stay somewhere cheap. Rooms where small reasonably clean except maybe wear your thongs in the shower. Bottoms of the shower curtains mouldy and looks like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. No bed side tables only a small bench opposite side of the room. Newest thing in the room was the tv. Walls could do with a lick of paint just to freshen up. Staff need to re adjust attitude be more friendly the Manger on Duty especially, management should get of there butt help the guest. Instead of sitting there and rolling around on you chair because your to lazy to get up. Smile once and awhile can make someone's stay a little more. Just because its a low rate hotel doesn't mean you have to be...
