“Beauty and Education”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2014

Can i begin by saying that seldom in my travels have i found a more knowledgeable, respectful and approachable tour guide than Menashe! Everywhere we went people knew him and to a man turned to us and told us we had the best guide available, so much so, that it became a standing joke that he would have lost the price of our tour in paying these people retainers!! Even more remarkable is the fact that he is not even an Aussie by birth but, rest assured,he knows more about the landscape, culture and indigenous people than the local population.I was surprised when we were picked up from our hotel at the appointed time to find that only my partner and i were booked onto the tour and he was still prepared to take us,and this having already found him to be the cheapest price and with a discount as we had been recommended by a friend!!!
So,our tour with our own personal tour guide went ahead! We arrived at the Wildlife Park early to avoid the crowds of coaches which we would see arriving as we were leaving, meaning we virtually had the run of the place! Fantastic, feeding Kangaroos with cornets and stroking Koalas and laughing at the endless circling of the Tasmanian Devil all of the time being told everything there is to know about all of the animals in the park,Menashe could answer any question. We also saw some strange sexual behaviour with the Wallabies which even Menashe had never seen and recorded on his phone to show people!! You`ll have to ask him what it was!!
The tour itself does have an itinery but, the beauty of travelling with Menashe is that if there are bits you are not so keen on he will be flexible and find other things to show you,as he did with us,although i suppose this might not be so easy with larger parties.Once you are finished with the not inconsiderable beauty, geology and history that the Blue Mountains have to offer we were thrilled to be given a quick tour around the Sydney Olympic Park and then were given the opportunity to take the ferry back to Darling Harbour rather than be dropped at our hotel. Everybody should take this option!! You get to see things that you wouldn`t see even if,like us you had already been using the water transport. The perfect end to a wonderful day!!
People!Use this company for value for money, honesty and integrity,i cannot recommend them highly enough.

“A must do trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 6, 2014

The Blue Mountains and Wildlife Park tour is a fantastic day out and you see so much. Menashe, the tour guide is approachable, knowledgable and happy to go at any pace required. He knows the area very well and has guided all over the world and gave me advice for my New Zealand trip. Thank you for a great day and I wish you all the best for the future. Go Dingo Travel

“wonderful blue mountain and featherdale wildlife tour with menashe”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2014

We had a few days to explore Sydney and surrounds post cruise before heading home to Seattle WA. U.S.A. Several locals suggested the Blue mountains and of course we wanted to see the iconic Aussie koalas and kangaroos. Our hotel concierge (Eric,Travelodge Wynyard) Booked us with Dingo Tours based on positive guest feedback and a day tour which combined both. We couldn't have been more pleased with this tour. Menashe picked us up at our hotel ,on time, with a roomy small bus, first stop Featherdale Wildlife Park. We practically had the place to ourselves, because Menashe got us there early before the big tourist buses arrived. We fed the wallabies by hand (the smaller Kangaroo cousins), and watched and petted a koala eating under the watchful eye of her keeper, parrots and cockatoos and most other native animals were there as well. The Blue Mountains (more like Blue Canyons) were a must see. Think deep canyons covered in Blue Gum trees that went on forever. Menashe took us to several view points high lighting rock formations and waterfalls,His Knowledge and love of the area was obvious. Especially breathtaking was seeing huge white cockatoos flying through the canyons, everything smelled great too. We went to a short fun aboriginal presentation. Lunch in a charming small mountain town. Visited the grounds of the former Sydney Olympics before heading back to Sydney Harbor on a relaxing river ferry cruise. Menashe was very professional and personable and patient with all our questions. At every stop it was obvious the locals knew and liked Menashe ,which which made us feel welcome as well. The total tour was about 9 hrs, fees for Featherdale, aboriginal show and river ferry were included in the 110 per person cost. Thank you so much Menashe we had an unforgettable and fun day. Bob and Carmen L ( our tour was on Dec. 10 2013)
