This is a destination. It is located in an area surrounded by restaurants and bars. You can watch the food being prepared by a large staff rolling out and filling dumplings. We went at 1830 and it was crowded, but when you get there, they give you a menu and sheet to fill in with what you plan to eat and drink. Since the wait was long, we opted to eat outside at the high-top tables. They call it take-away, but it really is the same steam boxes brought to your table. So this way, you do not get waiter service, and have to pay inside when you hand the sheet to the hostess, and in a few minutes, the pager they give you, buzzes, and you wave them down. The prices are a bit high, but food is fresh and delicious. We had steamed pork dumplings, and dry noodles with wontons. They were not dry, but not swimming in broth like soup. Highly recommend for food and experience.
