Meet & greet was professional & friendly. Attentive response was prompt & professional. Food was shared as you would expect in this style of restaurant with the mixed sashimi platter oozing freshness of what the sea has to offer. Presentation was excellent. The wagyu beef Robata was moist full flavored & melt in the mouth. Tempura Bug tails were crisp & moorish. Lamb chops in maple miso were full flavored and succulent as was the John Dory. The 2011 Christian Moreau 1er Vaillon Chablis was superb match for the first half of the dinner as was the sublime 2011 William Downie Yarra Valley Pinot Noir to finish of the remainder of the dinner. A great overall dining experience and highly recommended 15/20
