Modest entry price for which you can spend as long or as little as you like in there. We paid a little extra which included afternoon chinese tea and dim sums in the waterside cafe which were excellent (scones and cream were also available). This is a real tranquil garden in the middle of the bustling city, and whisks you away to a different world. There are so many nooks and crannies, differing levels, waterfalls, pagodas all set around the main lake. There are a number of areas to sit and contemplate the world together with great photo opportunities. We had our group photo taken by the Emperor complete with ceremonial sword (you can hire costumes and really become immersed in the experience). There is a great deal of flora and fauna to photograph as well. All in all we had a great afternoon. This is a 'must do' whilst in Sydney!!
