“Beautiful and Peaceful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2013

The garden is beautiful, the Tea house is fairly priced and very good teas and treats to sit and eat with a great view. Good walk around and great photos. Also you could dress up in traditional clothing for your visit, which seemed like great fun, (it was closed when I went as it was raining)

“scenic and peaceful”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013

This place has such a serene atmosphere and will provide the perfect photo opportunity for any photographer ... novice to professional. The way the garden is landscaped gives beautiful dimension to the garden wherever the sun is when you visit.

“Had a Peep”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2013

Was close for maintenace but just a peep inside and a glimpse I managed to catch, it just looked so natural and oriental. One should visit this place as its only 10 min walk by the fountains from Cockle Bay at Circular Quay.

“Nice Well Designed Compact Garden”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013

This is a traditional Chinese Garden in the middle of Darling Harbour in Sydney. It is compact but well thought out and informative. It contains all the elements of a traditional garden including the obligatory lake with carps and water lillies, a pavillion, bridges, a waterfall, stone gardens, bonsais, etc. Worth the $6 entry price.
