An excellent one hour tour around Sydney opera house which gives an insight into the history, architecture and lay out of the Sydney opera house. An informative and entertaining tour which is well worth the time and money.

I love the SOH, I have been to all of the Halls and Theatres over the last 7 years and it is a magnificent venue in ALL respects. I hope to keep going back for man many years to come!

Took a tour of the Opera House, and at $28/per person, nothing out of the ordinary, but worthwhile in the sense that you have access to see all of the theaters and balconies that you wouldn't otherwise. Even if you were to see a performance, you wouldn't necessarily get to walk around everywhere. The Opera House history is pretty amazing/interesting and the views below and above are irreplicable. Depending on the number of photos you are planning on taking, shouldn't take more than a couple hours to see the tour and explore on your own. Free Wi-Fi is great for people who have no international phone access!

I have been on a tour of the Opera House before, but it was a different experience to see a performance there, and well worth it. The setting was lovely, and of course the view beforehand and during intermission are pretty special. There is space out the back for drinks before the performance and during intermission, so would recommend you take your time out the front before the performance and head to the back for a view of the harbour, bridge etc during intermission. Also recommend a drink at the Opera Bar below to finish of the night!
