This hotel was just great, I had an amazing view of the harbour bridge and the room was modern, spotless and a perfect size. The location is also great, I will definitely stay again. The staff were fantastic, great service and the food was also amazing.

i stayed there for 3 nights in november.the location is good with views of the harbour and bridge with the rocks a short walk away.all the staff were excellent and helpful.the room i had was massive,very clean and tidy.i was disappointed tho that you had to pay for internet access (which seems to be the norm in australia)i would definitely stay here again.the room i had came with a 100 dollar free voucher that i could use during my stay for food or drink.this was a very nice surprise on check in.

I stayed at the pier one and loved the location of the hotel. It is located right on the water at the literal foot of the Harbour bridge. My room opened up to the waterfront with a wonderful patio for coffee in the morning. The fact that the pier one is not very large and that it isn't amongst all of the big brand hotels just a few meters away is great. The staff was extremely courteous and I would highly recommend the pier one to anyone planning trip to Sydney.

Was there for business and found concierge and front desk quite attentive and greeted everyone with a smile. Room was spacious and comfortable although would have loved a better room view instead of a small window overlooking a road. Was a little disappointed to know despite paying AUD310 a night, the hotel does not come with free wi fi in the room - instead we were "encouraged" to buy a drink from their restaurant and get the wifi code from them. Apart from that, location wise very near to the Rocks and walking distance to Circular Quay and the view of the Harbour Bridge is quite spectacular.
