The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we were given a free room upgrade. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a lovely old-world décor. The bed was very comfy! We enjoyed delicious food in both the bar and restaurant. Keep an eye out for the hotels mascot in the foyer. The location was very closer to Circular Quay, making it easy to visit key tourist sites and travel via train. We would definitely stay here again.
