Owner description: At 250 metres above street level, Sydney Tower Eye is the highest point in Sydney - perfect for finding your bearings or just taking it all in. It's the perfect place to start your Sydney adventure. With views stretching out as far as the eye can see in all directions, there's no better place to find your bearings. Sydney Tower Eye is a true year-round visitor attraction. Gazing out across the beautiful harbour city you'll be captivated by the views of stunning Sydney in all its glory. Crystal clear skies in winter make for the best viewing distances of the year, while in Spring the explosion of Jackaranda Trees covers the Eastern Suburbs in vibrant splashes of purple. Sydney is at its best in Summer, and guests soak up the city's laid back Summer vibe from the cool air-conditioned deck as the streets swelter below. Autumn brings gorgeous orangey glows and the best sunsets of the year - the perfect time to head out on a SKYWALK for 'that' picture of the city and harbour in the background.

“Fantastic view at a not so fantastic price!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2013

One could never complain about the view from Sydney Tower - it is superb. However, it is most certainly very overpriced for what is there. I am sure that if you have children that boredom wouldn't take long to set in. It is something you would do on your first visit to Sydney but never again.

“Magical”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2013

Offers a fascinating 360 degree view of Sydney. It was beautiful at night and we spent hours in there. Not surprisingly, the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House are the best part. I wouldn't have discovered this place if it hadn't been for my brother. Would like to do the Skywalk at some time.

“The Auckland one is better”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2013

I hate to say this, but this is not nearly as good as the one in Auckland. You don't experience the terror of walking over a glass floor with a lot of nothingness below you, and it can be a bit of a struggle to get to the windows to look out. Its all starting to look a bit shabby, there's no bar or cafe, and while the views are great, they were pretty good from our hotel room in the Meriton Tower as well. Its a lot of money for what you get. Females will enjoy the huge number of fashion stores in the lower floors, males maybe not so much. My teenagers were bored - perhaps not an essential for your Sydney visit.

“An Eye in the Sky!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 26, 2013

Maybe what makes the Tower Eye worth the time is not how organized the staff is, or how high the Tower is (309 metres!!) or even how funny that photograph of you turned out...but how the sunset seems just perfect on a clear day...or how beautiful the stretches of the city and landscape look!! Yes the eye in the sky is definitely a treat! Try picking off peak hours to take in the experience as it can get very crowded.

“Sky high!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

See beautiful Sydney city, the coast and surrounding suburbs from the glass enclosed platform or treat yourself to an outdoor sky walk around the tower with a knowledgeable guide. What a view on a blue bird day! Enjoy a coffee, treat or grab a souvenir from the store while looking out onto the horizon. Don't forget the camera!
