I stayed here for 2 nights and was impressed with the service. The staff is extremely responsive and attentive to your needs. Bell staff was readily available upon check-in and check-out to collect bags. Check-in process was extremely easy and quick, and we even got a room upgrade and was able to get our room in the morning - hours before normal check-in time.

The concierge desk is also very helpful and provided excellent dinner recommendations and secured reservations for us.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance to some of the best tourist sites: Sydney Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens, the Rocks, Art Gallery of NSW. It is also very close to Circular Quay, which allows for easy public transportation to points beyond the city center (e.g. Manly Beach, Bondi Beach). I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

I stayed at the InterContinental for a week in June. The staff were fantastic. They went out of there way to make my stay as effortless as possible. The front office staff and valets provided oustanding service! And the view from the Club is always amazing!

Good hotel in a very good location. I had a corner room with a view over the harbour, very nice indeed. Food is really good, there's a nice lounge bar which serves good food and nice wines. Breakfast was good and was included in the price. Overall you can't beat this, I preferred it over the Hilton.

Really enjoyed this htel and had the best sleep as very quiet and room service are quiet in the corridros. Breakfast was huge and hot! - Lovely custoemr service and beautiful lobby with a great smell - couldnt fault it, a great choice
