There was some confusion on booking in as travel agent had booked it in partners name but staff were very helpful and friend whilst sorting this out. Lovely boutique hotel but if you need a lift upstairs this is not the place for you. Rooms are very clean and tidy, bathroom ok. Breakfast is good value. Very very handy for the bridge, circular quay and the opera house. Also the tour buses stop quite near by. Just an ideal location for anyone stopping for a few days in Sydney. Didn't have a car but they organised taxis for you. The only complaint was there alcohol licence 9.30pm .... we thought they were joking! So if you want a drink in the evening ou have to go elsewhere.
