Lovely room and service. Superb all round. Views of Harbopur bridge and Opera house from my chaise longue! Couldn.d fault a thing.

My beautiful wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons for our 3rd anniversary for 6 nights. Just the hotel itself was an amazing experience! Neither of us had ever stayed in a 5 star hotel before (we always opt for the 4-4.5 stars, and 3.5 stars if we're absolutely desparate!), and for our first 5 star experience, it was just wonderful!

I cannot praise this place enough! The bed was just the most brilliant, soft, wonderfully cloud-like thing we've ever laid on... Big screen LCD TV. Reception probably wasn't too flash, but bring a DVD and it's brilliant! And the tub - brilliant! I could keep repeating the words "incredible, amazing, wonderful, brilliant", as it's now permanently entrenched in our memories as the best hotel we've ever stayed in... The location alone makes it work paying for... Everything that makes The Rocks is right outside your door.

We had a Premier Harbour View Room... For a studio room, it was very large... They even left a bottle of champagne on ice for us for our anniversary! If you can afford it, or if you can find a reasonable deal/promotion, stay here. You will not regret...

Conveniently located next to Circular Quay and The Rocks, the Four Seasons is just an amazing hotel. We stayed at the Opera View room and the views from our room were definitely a highlight of our trip. The hotel and its services are a bit pricey, but worth every cent. The mini bar should be called mini super market! Huge selection of wines, drinks and chocolates are offered in the room. The bed is ultra comfortable, and service / cleaning was perfect.

On the negative side, like in all hotels WiFi was not free, but particularly expensive in this hotel.

The best service I have ever encountered at a hotel. Fantastic location. Excellent facilities.

This was a tough one to score. But in the end, it is all about value for the $ for me. If I stay in an expensive hotel like the Four Seasons, Sydney, I expect to be astounded by the room and awed by the service.

The room had a fantastic view of the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. It was, however, oddly shaped and tiny. It was what I'd expect out of a three star hotel, not here. Sure the view was fantastic but... Also, the walls were paper thin, our next door neighbors had a crowd in and we could hear everything, fortunately they stopped around 6pm.

The service was acceptable. Check-in and check-out were snaps, the folks at the front door were engaging and very friendly.

Breakfast was good, nothing exceptional though. Room service, however, was quite good. The food was delivered on-time, was hot and tasty.

It's a good location if you're going to browse the Rocks and the Harbour. I'd prefer something closer to the shopping district. There were loud honks all day and into the night, never could figure out if they were from train horns (tracks right below) or the Harbour boats.

On the whole, this hotel does not provide the value I'd expect with the price.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel for several reasons. First, the location right near Circular Quay and the Rocks is great. It is easy to walk places or to catch a bus or ferry. Second, the hotel has a great fitness center with lots of weight and cardio equipment. It is more than adequate for the business traveler who wants to stay in shape. Finally, the concierges were helpful and knowledgeable. They went out of their ways to help guests and plan memorable excursions.

One word of warning-- I reserved an "opera house view" room and would not recommend spending additional money on this type of room because the opera house was visibly only if you stood at the far right hand corner of the room and peered out. Otherwise the room has a view of the office building across the street.

We were there for 4 days holiday with my 2 and 4 months old son. The view from our room in fantastic. I really like the location as it is very convenience. However the guest service there was not impress at all. The staff doesn't look happy to help us anything. They don't look welcoming which is different from other staff. Staff at concierge are very very helpful.
