We stayed at Four Seasons for a birthday weekend.
The service was excellent, even when we complained about the view that our room had (we paid for a deluxe view room, but could only see the harbor when standing in the corner of the room against the window, otherwise, we could see an ugly office building) they promptly organized a new room for us, and upgraded us to a full harbor view.
The room was lovely, the bed was huge and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and large and I liked having a full size bath in the room.
The location was good, we did not need a car, close to restaurants, shops and touristy things. They did have a pool and spa, but it was too cold and wet for us to use it that weekend. We did have massages at the day spa, which were very nice.
The restarant 'The Woods' had a very nice decor, we only had buffet breakfast daily there, but the service was very good and the selection of food was enormous.
The only thing I think I would mention is the slightly dated decor, but all in all, it was a lovely stay and would highly recommend to others.
