Stayed for four nights as part of a short trip to visit family. We originally had a city side room booked but on a arrival were up graded to harbourside view - absolutely wonderful - couldn't believe our luck! The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting all that Sydney has to offer and we particularly liked the ease of getting the ferry from outside the hotel to Circular Keys and The Rocks area. We didn't eat in the hotel as we enjoyed trying all the other wonderful eating opportunities in Darling Harbour. Our room was lovely and clean and the hotel staff were, without exception, friendly and knowledgeable.
All in all a fantastic stay.

The Four Points Sheraton is a great place to stay. They were quite accommodating even though my flight was delayed by a day. When I checked in, I found that my phone charger wouldn't work, and they lent me one for use while I stayed there. The breakfast buffet is also really good.

The hotel is in a great location. It's right on darling harbour, which is a great place to walk, eat and people watch. It's also within walking distance of the downtown area, and Bus, Train, Monorail and Ferry stops. There are restaurants and ATM machines less than 2 minutes away.

The concierge was also quite helpful in pointing out the best way to get to various destinations.

What can I say but Four Points went all out for my mothers 60th birthday on Saturday night. We booked 2 rooms, was expecting to get cityview rooms, got upgraded to Harbour view rooms. Being a Starwood Preferred guest this didn't even cost me any points.

Checked in, rested, then on Saturday night had dinner at the Corn Exchange, did the seafood buffet, it was great, but I have to say not worth the money, as it was all geared it seems to please the asian diners, but left the rest of us wondering what each dish was. Needed more veges, more roast meats and definately not so watery prawns. But the lobster served at the beginning is how the whole buffet should be since we pay $75pp.

Breakfast the next day at the Corn exchange was well worth it. Thats how the night buffet should be.

The beds were soooo comfy, all the staff were above accommodating and so cool and courteous.

Definately will be staying again in the future.

My partner and I recently spent 3 nights at the Four Points Sheraton and had a great time.
We had booked a city view room, but on checking in, we were surprised to find that we had being upgraded to a harbour view room and our weekend just got better from there.
On reflection, we have both decided that next visit we would spend the extra money for the harbour view room, it is well worth it.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the Concierge and the Commissioner who pointed us in the right direction more than once.
The room (as mentioned earlier) had a stunning view, and was spacious and clean.
The breakfast is well worth the cost, great variety and service.
The location of the Four Points Sheraton is next to none!
A very quick stroll down to Darling Harbour (less than 5 minutes to the best bars and restaurants).
Ten minutes walk to Queen Victoria Building and all surrounding shopping.
Fifteen minutes walk to the Rocks and all its surrounds.
The Monorail stop is about 2 minutes from the hotel.
I highly reccomend the Four Points Sheraton and will be back for a return visit.
