Venue is too large. When you are seated past a certain point the sound quality is poor. Seats are very steep. There are much better places to see a band than here.
You cannot bring in your own food or drink (even water!!) which is fair enough, but people need to be told about this in ADVANCE when you buy tickets. At the last concert I was at, people were forced to throw out full bottles of water (or drink the lot on the spot) as they entered the buildings as they weren't allowed to bring it in!! What a waste of clean water, so disgraceful! Such a show of greed from a big company! And it could have been alleviated by TELLING PEOPLE IN ADVANCE that they can't bring anything in.
Food and drinks on offer are sub-standard and grossly inflated, eat before you go.
Toilet facilities are pretty good as far as concert venues go, they were as clean as could be expected given how many people were there.
Also it's quite a long walk from Olympic Park station, feels further than it looks on a map. Those with low mobility better off parking (and paying an arm and a leg) or get a taxi
