We had dinner here during our last visit to Sydney. They do not accept reservations, so, I would advise getting there early and putting your name on the dinner list. We ended up waiting 2 hours for a table! The food is good - very meat heavy as you would imagine! We had the home made chorizo and blood sausage - both were great. We also shared the 8 hour pork. This dish was good, but very rich and way too much food for 2 people. The best part was the skin which was cooked to perfection! If we went back, I probably would not order this dish again. We also had the brussels sprouts and the fennel salad. Both were alright, but the brussels sprouts were a little too sweet and heavy for my taste and the fennel salad was unremarkable. Overall, the meal was was good, but you have to be in the mood for a heavy dinner. The price point is also somewhat high - it was one of the more expensive dinners we had on our trip. The staff is excellent and very knowledgable about the menu. Worth a visit if you are a carnivore!
